Job Description
You will lead a large team of individuals; and be responsible for conducting daily briefings, creating and managing workforce schedules, providing and enforcing discipline to employees, and ensuring their compliance with the standard operating procedures.
Coordinate and collaborate in getting the right staff, hiring, and training them as needed to improve overall operational objectives. You will also help empower a group of people to achieve a high-performing operations team.
Help develop and manage the budget, and expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in the Hub's overall operations. Create a timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols; conduct stock optimization analysis, planning, and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in streamlining and improving operational processes and protocols to reduce costs, provide efficiency, and increase productivity.
Foster clear and effective communication and collaboration between hubs and departments to achieve organizational objectives and partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
Strategize and provide best practices together with leadership and other business units to optimize and innovate overall operational objectives.
Work closely with the Legal and Safety Department to ensure that overall operations of the Hub are up-to-date and compliant.
