Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing and customer-focused team.
Provide leadership and guidance to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns.
Act as reliever when needed.
  • Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered by all team members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
  • Sales and Revenue:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Implement effective merchandising and product placement strategies.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Operational Efficiency:
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the store budget, including expenses and revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess performance.
Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
  • Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce store security procedures.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with both the team and upper management.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.
