Responsibilities
- Oversee all the activities within the branches assigned.
- Monitor branch and staff efficacy results based on the company's goals.
- Strictly implement operational processes, departmental policies, goals, and objectives. Coordinate branch concerns to upper management.
- Motivate employees and develop a good team spirit within the organization.
- Evaluate the performance of assigned employees, deliver positive and/or negative feedback, and address any short comings.
- Improve the work environment and operations of the department and the organization as a whole.
- Ensure that excellent customer service is being provided by the team.
- Review department metrics and effectivity and relay to the management areas for improvement.
