Assist store manager in daily tasks and management of restaurant's operations to maintain the store at optimal levels
- Implement store sales, marketing, and employee development strategies
Conduct employee development training and performance reviews- Comply with and improve company standards in terms of food quality, food safety, customer service, etc.
Facilitate communication between Filipino store employees and foreign supervisors and managers

- Must be willing to be assigned to the restaurant (not just office work)
Must be fluent in English, Filipino, and Mandarin (oral and written)- Must be open to 6-day work week (day-off cannot be on weekends)
Must have reliable mode of transportation to Pasay City
