Store Manager

Job Description: The Supermarket Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. This role involves managing staff, driving sales growth, implementing promotions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales reports and manage the store budget.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years or more managerial level experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Willing to be deployed in AllDay Supermarket Bataan.
