Store Leader that we are looking for our
One Ayala Terminal Branch will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
_Team Leadership:
_- Lead, motivate, and mentor store crew and cashiers to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Customer Service:_
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional store standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.- Train staff on customer service best practices.
_Store Operations:
_- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
_Sales and Performance:
_- Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.

Administrative Duties:_
- Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
_
Qualifications:_
- Senior High Graduate or College Level
With experience working in a convenience store or quick service restaurant.- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
_Working Conditions:
_- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to large boxes.
