Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Leader at ACE Hardware Philippines, Inc. The Store Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retail sales, and maintaining organizational efficiency of the store.

Qualifications

• 4 years graduate
• Has at least 2 years supervisory experience in retail, BPO or fast food.
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Retail Sales and Organization Skills
• Training abilities
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in retail management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
