Monitor inventory levels.
- Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees and checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through the stores.
- Graduate of Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 years work experience as a store manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Product knowledge and ability to give reliable product information to the customers.- Knowledge and ability in selling and negotiation.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Ability to provide effective solutions to the customers.- Should have the decision makin, checking to see if these skills.
Ability to create ideal customer experience.
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
Ability to respond to different situation based on principle or values of the company.
