Duties and Responsibilities Conducts studies for SSDI sites- Negotiates with prospective lessors
Coordinates with other SSDI/RRHI departments involved in building and opening stores
- Ensures that the Business Development timelines are met
Presents and secures approval of prospective sites to the leaders of the Business Development Department, the ManCom, and the RRHI upper management- Conducts due diligence to prospective sites
Reviews contracts and secures legal approval of contracts of potential sites
- Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned to him by his superiors
College Graduate
- With minimum 2 years experience in Site Acquisition / Site Development / Business Development preferably from Fast Food chain industry or Drugstore / Healthcare
Proficient in using MS Office Applications- Willing to go on field 80% of the time
Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Has good project management skills
Has a pleasing personality Is an innate problem-solver
- With good negotiation skills
Comfortable with dealing with all kinds of people, from strangers on the road, to lessors, to the senior management- Good in thinking out-of-the-box
Willing to learn new ideas
- Work location: Robinson Retail Holdings, Inc. Building 4 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue Bagumbayan, Quezon City
- Work arrangement: Mondays to Fridays 8AM to 6:30PM
