QUALIFICATIONS:- College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent
With at least 1-2 years and up experience in sales, customer service, service crew or related work experience in a food industry- Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Greets and interacts with customers.
- Registers sales on a cash register, itemizing and totaling customers purchases.
Assist customer's questions and needs about the product all the time.- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
Displaying, refilling, and organizing products in a store for the customers to locate easily.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints as necessary.
