Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
  • Smiles and greets customers upon entering the store.
  • Assist customers with their orders and other inquiries.



  • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Reporting of accurate daily inventories.
  • Daily monitoring of stocks and products for replenishment.
  • Daily monitoring of packaging materials.

SALES
  • Daily reports for sales.


STORE MAINTENANCE
  • Maintains store cleanliness.
  • Proper product display.

PRODUCT HANDLING
  • Knowledge on product handling.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party couriers on the proper handling of products.


ORDER MANAGEMENT
  • Receives and process customer's orders.
  • Making sure orders are complete and on time.

  • Perform other tasks that the manager may assign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php16,000.00 per month
