Store Crew
Job Summary:
As a Store Crew member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our store. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers, assisting with sales, and performing various tasks to support the overall functionality of the store.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, shelves, and display areas
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking products
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow store policies and procedures, including security measures and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
