Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides proficient customer service by responding to customer inquiries either over the phone or in person, locating products or merchandise which the customer is looking for, attending to customer complaints and assisting them in fulfilling their needs while in the store premises.
Preserves the 7-Eleven store image of cleanliness and orderliness by sweeping and mopping the floor, keeping all machines. Clean, maintaining cleanliness of fast-food area, sales counter area, selling area, back lot, and parking area and keeping the store's over-all appearance neat and orderly.- Assist in price tagging of merchandise for displaying.
Displays products strategically and according to set standards and procedures to optimize the possibility of generating higher sales.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate.
Related experience is not required but an advantage.- With good customer service skills.
Willing to be assigned in 7Eleven Hop Inn Aseana
