Role Description
A full-time role as a Training and Compliance Officer in Makati responsible for handling the training of merchants to use the Giftaway platform and handling compliance of each brand on how to give the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related issues and provide guidance and support to stakeholders such as branch managers, marketing team, finance, and others.
- Develop and deliver training and compliance-related materials and communications to stakeholders
- Conduct training with merchants during onboarding and when needed
- Continuously improve the current process by collaborating with different departments
- Conduct compliance and investigations to identify and address areas of client and customer concerns
- Handle all store-related customer concerns and respond in a timely and professional manner through meetings, calls, and emails
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Capable of communicating with different levels from customer to business owners
- Strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate well with different industries is a plus
- Preference for those that have a high QPI/GPA. Minimum equivalent of a 3.00 QPI ideally, with a Business degree
