Store Clerk (Wine & Gourmet Foods) Assist customers in selecting wines, gourmet foods, and accessories, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.- Provide information about our products, including jamn iberico and other specialty items, enhancing the customer experience.
Support the management team with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as required.- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for food, wine, and a willingness to learn about gourmet products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including opening, mid, or closing.- Basic cash handling and math skills.
