The Store Associate Team Lead will oversee the efficient operations of assigned stores. This position entails overseeing the daily activities of the outlets, working closely with the Retail Operations Supervisor to provide training and supervision to the team, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and meeting financial targets.
Lead and supervise a team of store associates in daily operations.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
Oversee merchandising and product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Monitor and report on sales performance and store metrics.- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the store manager to schedule shifts and manage team resources effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role in retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Area of Coverage: _
