Job Title: Shop Assistant

• Basic Functions:

Upscale Atmosphere Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming environment for customers.

• Sales and Promotion of Products: Actively promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.

Customer Engagement and Responsible Service: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing product knowledge and ensuring responsible service.Fine Dining Service: Deliver exceptional service standards that reflect the sophistication of our brand.

• Competencies Needed:

Exceptional Customer Service: Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide outstanding service.

• Elegant Presentation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance while ensuring product displays are visually appealing.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in service and product presentation.

Professionalism and Discretion: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.Knowledge of Wine (a plus): Familiarity with different types of wines and their pairings is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Caviar (a plus): Understanding of caviar varieties and serving methods is a plus.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course (preferably in the F&B industry).

• At least 1 year of experience in a related industry.

Proficient in using MS Office tools.
