STORE ASSISTANT
- Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in locating products, and provide information about product features, prices, and availability.
- Develop a good understanding of the construction chemicals, admixtures, sealants, and related products sold in the store. Stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and shelving incoming shipments of products. Maintain organized and visually appealing displays in the store.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales, accepting payments, and issuing receipts. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Head Stockman or Stock Clerk. Help with periodic stock counts and audits.
- Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking shelves.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and customers. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide guidance on product usage, application, and features.
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policies and procedures. Ensure that returned products are inspected and restocked appropriately.
- Collaborate with other store staff, including the Head Stockman, Stock Clerk, and Store Manager, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
