Overview
The Store Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the store. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the store manager in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse material inward and outward
- Item delivery from warehouse to villas
- Items picking from inventory and packaging as per villa requirement
- Updating inventory in Tranzact Petpooja
- Warehouse audit
Graduation is preferable
Good English and Hindi communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
