Assist in the daily operations of the department under his responsibility; assumes the responsibility of the Store Supervisor in the latter's absence and do closely related duties as may be assigned.- Responsible for delivery of sales target under his departments.
Maintains discipline in the branch and require therein the observance of company policies, regulation and standard operating procedures.
- Keeps Selling Personnel under his department fully informed of or familiarized with all stocks (old & new), prices, major indications and stock locations.
Maintains store cleanliness and ensures store selling assets are in working condition- Ensures inventory accuracy
Acts as Fund custodian. Performs full Treasury Function
Qualifications:
- Willing to be assigned in WalterMart Junction (Brgy. Talipapa, Novaliches, QC)
With excellent communication, basic math, customer service and leadership skills- With knowledge or experience in Retail (specifically in B2B)
Graduate of any 4-year course
