The
Store Admin oversees administrative operations within the store, ensuring adherence to HR policies, managing stock inventory, handling compliance matters, coordinating maintenance tasks, and providing support during sales officers breaks.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, particularly those related to attendance and other HR regulations.
- Receive, monitor, and manage stock inventory in the store.
Transmit sales invoices and inventory reports to the head office.- Monitor store permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and mall requirements.
Liaise with LGU and mall authorities as necessary.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for store equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Provide temporary support in the selling area during breaks, addressing customer concerns effectively.
Proven track record in administrative roles, preferably within a retail environment. Willingness to adapt to diverse tasks and support different areas within the store as needed.
