SALES INVENTORY ASSOCIATE (SIA)- Store Inventory Analyst workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
Handle in-bound deliveries and record all items inside store warehouse
Make sure all stocks are properly placed on display
Accommodate and carefully handle fragile and high maintenance merchandise
Tag and label merchandise
Box, wrap and pack the merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
Monitoring store display and restock all store displays
Ensure that all racks are well stocked and managed.
Ensure that there is no variance and/or losses on stocks
Assist customers regarding their purchase and stocks inquiry
Do sales functions
Welcome delivery trucks and receive and track shipments
Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times
Tag and label merchandise
Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School or Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus
Must have at least 2 years experience as Warehouse or Sales Personnel
