To be in-charge with kitchen cafeteria maintenance, cleaning and to observe proper safety and sanitation of the kitchen cafeteria.
Cleaning and washing the solid dishes, glasses and other related table appointment.
- Segregation of garbage and kitchen waste.
Degreasing the greases traps and drainage of the kitchen.- Cleaning floors and other working areas and surfaces.
Weekly cleaning of the kitchen ceiling and walls.
- De-greasing and exhaust hood
Organizing the food containers, pantry and plate racks.- Fumigation of the area from kitchen pests.
Make sure that all duties should be done each day to avoid pending of the operation, includes washing of the dishes.
- Knows local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel cafeteria.

- Recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards in the hotel.
Recognizes and corrects potential security problems in the hotel.- Understands and follows policies and procedures for the hotel's key control system and ensures others to follow them.

A Bachelor's Degree with at 2 years working experience and/or specialized trainings and seminars attended.- Good interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and should possess and display high levels of energy since the job demands it.
