JOB DESCRIPTION- Ensure that kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
Responsible for washing dishes, china wares, kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Background in doing inventory of kitchen equipment and utensils is an advantage- Perform other related tasks
With at least 1 year work experience as Steward Team Leader- Has good attitude and hardworking.
Good oral / written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable on cleaning materials for kitchen utensils and equipment.
Can work under pressure.- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules.
