Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the caf area, including tables, chairs, and serving counters.

  • Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Welcome customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies and ingredients.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or replenishment needs to management.

  • Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

  • Assist in cleaning duties and closing procedures at the end of each shift.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php15,910.83 per month

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift
