Job Responsibilities:
- client base tools to provide accurate and consistent, responses to customer inquiries
- sell Client products and/or services.
- and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues
- and resolve email setup issues
- chat services using proprietary software to detect, troubleshoot, and correct issues
- detect and correct configuration errors
- assigned duties and tasks may be required as needed.
Qualifications:
- have at least 6 month continuous international BPO experience
- no call center experience, Candidate must be at least 2 years college (without back subjects) in any field
- good to excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening)
- in handling a multitasking account is highly desired
- to work on a flexible shift schedule
