We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS graduate
  • With 24 months experience in financial account (combined - BPO/Non BPO)
  • Must be 21 years old and above
  • Above average to excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work onsite
