Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers regarding food delivery orders.- Assist customers with placing new orders, updating existing orders, and resolving order issues.
Provide accurate information about menu items, delivery times, and restaurant availability.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and restaurant partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
