Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to work on a shifting basis
- Render OT weekdays and weekends if required
Issue/make Purchase Request of ordered parts, tools and raw materials.
- Conduct TPM every quarter.
Make machine preventive maintenance schedule- Make job standard and procedure for stamping machine and auxiliary machines
Implement and monitor effectiveness of action for cost down activity.
- Resolve complex part formability issues using die compensation strategies in order
to achieve styling, quality and production goals.- Data-focused troubleshooting of quality issue.
Provide project related direction to technician
- Statistical analysis to improve product quality and product results.
