Are you ready to power positive change

Your Mission: As our StaffTax Accountant, based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Global Tax Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the Group's tax reporting, compliance and transfer pricing requirement are met for all our entities globally.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Prepares periodic tax accounting calculation and reporting. This includes quarterly tax accounting and reporting under US GAAP and local GAAP, calculation of current and deferred tax, Uncertain Tax Positions (FIN 48) calculations and other tax reporting as required.
• Support Global Tax Manager on global tax compliance including the review and filing of tax returns and tax audit responses.
• Assist Global Tax Manager on transfer pricing compliance. This includes performing transfer pricing calculation, coordinate transfer pricing and Masterfile documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting requirement.
• Assist with tax process improvements projects and SOX control management. This includes software implementation, automation, or workpaper improvement and ongoing continuous process improvement.
• Implementation of tax technology solutions and ensuring that the management of tax automation and reporting tools.

• Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Accountancy or any related
• Minimum 5 years of accounting / tax of relevant experience.
• Experience with US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system will be a requirement.
• Detail-oriented and in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and time management skills to ensure our group's strict deadlines are met.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently and proactive towards finding solutions to problems and issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a global organization.
