The Senior L&D HR Specialist is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive learning and development programs, overseeing HR administrative functions, and managing employee communication initiatives. This role involves creating engaging content for monthly newsletters, organizing events, and ensuring effective internal communication. The Senior L&D HR Specialist will work closely with senior management to align L&D strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement.

Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with organizational goals.
