• Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers

Coordinate with providers and specialists in assessing validity of claims

Collaborates with healthcare providers to promote the most appropriate, highest quality member outcomes, and to optimize member benefits.

Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and privacy

Assess and interprets customer needs, requirements and medical records

• Qualifications:

2 years clinical experience required

• College Graduate

Active PRC License
