We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team. They will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with MCI's established standards and protocols.
Patient Care Delivery
: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.Patient Assessment and Monitoring
: Conduct thorough assessments of patients health status, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. Monitor patients condition closely, identify changes in health status, and initiate appropriate interventions as needed.Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about their medical condition, treatment plan, and self-care practices. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families throughout their hospital stay.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Communicate effectively with team members to relay important patient information and facilitate continuity of care.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
: Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records. Adhere to documentation standards and regulatory requirements.Infection Control and Safety
: Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Follow hospital policies and procedures for handling hazardous materials and emergencies. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and IVT certification an advantage
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks efficiently.
