Job Description

  • Maintains security and telecommunications system
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide first aid and medical assistance and maintain medical supplies

Qualifications

  • Has 2-3 years work experience in administrative support and clerical work
  • Good telephone handling skills
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Flexible can think out of the box
  • Has a high sense of urgency
  • Good command of the English language
  • Willing to be assigned to shifting schedule
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certified - SO3
