The job holder is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Department and to the its key services such as Handling of Product Non-Performance Customer Complaint, Product Application Development, Product Certification and Batch Selection, Pre-Qualification, Approval and Disqualification of Additives Product Development Process and Product Training. He/she will provide non-technical information and documentation-related support services to the Department's personnel and external/internal customers, so as to move things in the right direction across cross-functional processes.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate of any business or related course
At least 1 year relevant experience in Admin or Customer Service
Ability to think critically, good sense of prioritization and organization and impeccable attention to detail
Can work with different kinds of people across the organization and with external parties. With high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Ortigas Center; hybrid work arrangement
