The job holder is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Department and to the its key services such as Handling of Product Non-Performance Customer Complaint, Product Application Development, Product Certification and Batch Selection, Pre-Qualification, Approval and Disqualification of Additives Product Development Process and Product Training. He/she will provide non-technical information and documentation-related support services to the Department's personnel and external/internal customers, so as to move things in the right direction across cross-functional processes.
Bachelor's degree graduate of any business or related course
- At least 1 year relevant experience in Admin or Customer Service
Ability to think critically, good sense of prioritization and organization and impeccable attention to detail- Can work with different kinds of people across the organization and with external parties. With high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center; hybrid work arrangement
