Position Summary
Seeking a Senior Workday Security and Integrations Engineer to join the Dexcom HR IT Systems team. As a member of the team, the associate will be part of a fast-paced environment that is responsible for developing integration solutions for Workday global HR platform. The Security and Integrations Engineer will be responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle. The applicant should have experience configuring, developing and supporting HR related security and integrations solutions using the various Workday integration technologies. To be successful in this role, they must have a deep knowledge of Workday's security and integration technologies, Workday's Implementation methodology, and work closely with internal and external resources. They will combine these skills to deliver and support successful integration deployments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide daily system administration and support Security and Access processes for Workday HCM
Design, Test, and Deliver configuration changes for HR and Workday business stakeholders
Proficient in implementing IT/Business solutions in Workday HCM building Workday security configurations, Integrations, Reports, Customization of Business processes.
Remediate potential compliance issues associated with security.
Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions
Design, develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, cloud connectors and PECI files
Ensure all scheduled integration runs perform as expected and troubleshoot as needed
Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions
Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs
Partner with appropriate People (HR), IT and vendor teams for unit, system and UAT testing
Stay engaged on Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations
Continuously assess existing integrations for performance trends and deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity
Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience
Workday studio: 3+ years
EIBs, core connectors: 3+ years
Direct responsibility for Workday security and integrations
Workday Integration developer certifications with skills in EIBs, studio, core connectors
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Additional prior experience in the HRIS integrations space
