Qualification: Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including preparation and presentation techniques.
Must reside near
Brgy. Hugom, San Juan Laiya, Batangas, or be
willing to stay in.
- Responsibilities include:
Greet guests promptly and professionally, presenting menus and providing detailed descriptions of menu items.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
Address and resolve any issues with food quality or service promptly and professionally.
Supervise and guide junior waitstaff, providing training and support as needed.
Assist in coordinating and managing shift activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay orders and address any special requests.
Coordinate with other front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
Provide recommendations based on guests preferences and dietary needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest orders and transactions.
Assist in preparing and presenting checks, processing payments, and handling cash and credit transactions.
