AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner
Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes
Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations and Services Teams)
Manage escalations on issues impacting productive applications
Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels
Bug/Defect triage
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
Ticketing Management System suite (must have)
Atlassian Suite (nice to have)
eCommerce processes knowledge (must have)
eCommerce applications functional knowledge (must have)
Software Development Lifecyle (Waterfall or Scrum) (must have)
Web SDLC (nice to have)
Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator (must have)
Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, eCommerce platforms (nice to have)
Experience working with offshore teams (nice to have)
Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills (must have)
Proficient in English (must have)
