Key Responsibilities:- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed and Job Street).
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and payroll.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition,
preferably within the e-commerce, skincare, or fashion industries.
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO (working from the office) policy.
- Willing to assigned in BGC Taguig
