Job Summary:The Compensation and Benefits Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs within the organization. This role involves designing and managing competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The Senior Supervisor ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while also analyzing market trends and benchmarking data to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, pay scales, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and consistency.
Conduct regular reviews and analyses of compensation and benefits programs to evaluate effectiveness, competitiveness, and cost efficiency, making recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as needed.- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other fringe benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance and support to HR staff, managers, and employees on related policies, procedures, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, and Legal departments, to ensure coordination and alignment of compensation and benefits programs with overall business objectives and budgetary constraints.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of compensation and benefits practices to identify areas for improvement, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes, and industry benchmarks related to compensation and benefits practices, utilizing this information to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) preferred.- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive programs.
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations, including experience with job analysis, salary benchmarking, incentive design, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation and benefits concepts to diverse audiences.- Proven leadership and project management abilities, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. With background in Peoplecore system is an advantage.
