The Sr Supervisor will provide strong analytical-based decision and reporting support to the Global Costing team. In this role, the individual will be critical in the semi-annual costing update, acting as Finance's primary point of contact for COGS related activities. This role will assist in Royalty and Absorption Reporting, working hand in hand with the Leaders of the Business Units also cross-functionally with Global Operations & Test and other various teams within ADI.

The role also involves providing financial analysis related to the products costing analysis such as long-term costs assumption, cost reduction and saving initiatives and the like. The candidate is also expected to lead a highly functional Global Costing Team and will directly report to Finance Senior Manager.

Minimum Qualification

  • Partner with the executive leadership team, as well as leadership across the business units and operations, building productive relationships to understand their businesses and strategic objectives.
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive leadership and other divisions within the company in both oral and written formats.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course
  • 8+ years of experience in finance including financial planning, inventory,& costing, preferably in a semiconductor
  • With significant experience in process automation and optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office
  • Knowledge on PowerApps is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
