Senior Security Analyst
As member of the Global Infrastructure Delivery Team, the Security Analyst located in Manila takes over responsibility for operating in SYNLAB's IT-Security environment.
Job Requirements
- and detect security threats and manage security incidents
- and assess security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
- comprehensive reports and offer informed perspectives on incident responses, security protocols, and related cybersecurity subjects
- in the design, implementation, and administration of security tools to reduce risk like EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning platforms (Qualys)
- and enhance systems security, including servers, databases, and endpoints to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity
- task prioritization, technical choices, and implementation strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- years of extensive experience in cybersecurity area including EDR, SIEM and vulnerability scanning platforms (Qualys)
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- programming skills in one of the following languages: Python, Ansible or PowerShell (are an advantage)
- knowledge of Network Protocols, Operating Systems, WAF, Infrastructure Services like (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- oral and written communication skills, documentation skills
