Job descriptionAll About People Consulting is a recruitment and headhunting consultancy firm. The office is located in Quezon City.
Work with clients on developing job requirements.
Conducts sourcing, assessment and placement of candidates as specified by the client.
Endorses recommended candidates to the authorized point person.
Coordinates with the candidates and clients to guarantee a smooth application process.
Arranges and participates in client-candidate meetings
Conducts background checks on the identified candidate through phone interviews or written communication with previous employer, to confirm career accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses, professional and personal attributes.
Follow up with both clients and candidates to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must obtain a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related courses.
With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Recruiter or Head Hunter.
