Recovery Unit manages the needed processes for parcels to avoid the unhappy path - parcels that do not go according to normal delivery processes and have issues that need to be resolved with support from different stakeholders. Whether the parcels are lost, took too long to reach the customer, or any other exceptional instance that leads them to not be delivered on time - the Recovery Unit manages the processes tied to resolving the operational challenges as well as coordinating across the entire company to provide the ideal customer experience.
The Sr. Recovery Operations & Claims Manager is responsible for the overall Claims and Recovery Core Operation that includes keeping the main KPI on track and having a better sense of Recovery PETS health in being able to satisfy the customers inside and outside Ninja Van.
Responsibilities:
Identify process gaps in the unit and provide effective solution
Monitor and maintain Recovery Team's KPIs
Oversee the investigation for problematic parcels
Address the concern with other departments that affects Recovery Operations & Claims Management
Ensure that CPP Target is met
Minimize the losses, damages and wastes in all ways
Generate, send and analyze reports and data
Qualifications:
College degree, ideally in logistics/supply chain management, industrial engineering
at least 3-5 yrs experience in related fieldbility to analyze process & information
ability to identify problem & trends and develop effective solutions
strong understanding of business management & leadership principles
