Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- With proven years of experience in R&D within the chemical industry, with a focus on product development and innovation.
Proven experience in leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization, preferably in a regulated environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges independently.
Familiarity with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
