Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design.- Must have supervisory/managerial role experience.
Exposed to different software testing methodology.
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.
Strong planning and organizational skills.- Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must.
Nice to have experience with banking applications or packaged applications.
Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systems
- Record and document results and compare to expected results
Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected- Document issues and maintain them in an issues log
Work with infra team to setup and operate test environments
- Work with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activities
Analyzes project requirements- Performs a product risk assessment based on requirements
Identifies and analyzes risks
- Establishes test strategy and complex test approach
Plans for staffing, capacity planning
