The ideal candidate has experience in handling a multitude of projects. He/she must be well-organized, and excel in both written and spoken communication with all kinds of stakeholders. While we require project management experience, we do not require previous experience in [real estate] development consultancy. • Duties and Responsibilities

Take the time to learn the language of the real estate constultancy business;

• Coordinate with the operations team and handle all report writing to key stakeholders;

Facilitate kick-off meetings;

• Keep the General Manager up-to-date on the status of projects;

Take meeting minutes and send timely documentation depicting action items;

• Act as the focal point for multiple projects of key accounts;

Undertake other tasks that will require communication and meetings with internal and external stakeholders;

• Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in any course;

• Must have at least 3 years in handling various projects from end to end;

Must have experience in managing multiple priorities, coordination with operations teams, and interfacing with top-level stakeholders;

• Must have experience in using relevant Project Management tools;

Must be presentable and portray good character;

• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented;

Must possess exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
