Understand basic product principle and master operating procedures.- Understand basic test equipment as power meter, multimeter, OSA, etc.
Troubleshoot and instruct the rework of failure units. Support setup and daily maintenance of debug tools, test system.
- Support verification for test kit under test engineering instruction.
Handling of RMA units from warehouse to shop floor throughout RMA lifecycle.- Support verification/qualification test under the engineering instruction.
Follow up process engineers actions and document reports.
- Provide online technical support and training to junior technician and operators.
Ability to use Excel, Word and PPT.- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to apply statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, SPC, trend chart etc.
