About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr's top priorities is to grow our Manila operations center and understand how we can scale and strengthen our company culture. As a Sr. People Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of growth- and performance-oriented people programs and processes across various facets of People Operations, such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
What you'll do:
Create and maintain a culture that aligns with the founding team's vision, prioritizing a people-centric approach that values and supports all employees.
Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Be the process owner for the company's HRIS (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc)
Conduct regular audits and assessments of people operations processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with the other members of the People Operations team and various stakeholders across the organization in implementing initiatives that keep Snappr's employees engaged, empowered, happy, and productive.
Oversee systems integral to generating reports for company-wide projects, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Take ownership of Snappr's growth, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to achieving company objectives.
What you'll need:
Demonstrated proficiency in various People Operations functions, particularly Business Partnership, Talent Management or Employee Relations
Experience in Rippling (HRIS) is a plus
Exceptional people skills and energy levels
Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
